■Seaweed soy sauce
This is a soy sauce made with "Aosa", a specialty of Ise-Shima, Mie Prefecture. This soy sauce makes use of the elegant and flavorful seaweed aroma unique to Ise-Shima, and the mellow taste of brewed soy sauce.
■Salt ponzu
A magical ponzu sauce with a new sensation that transforms any dish into a refreshing and delicious dish just by shaking it. It uses plenty of natural fruit juice from yuzu and sudachi, and is characterized by its freshness, with a refreshing sourness and sweetness.
